NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

Mountain Arts Gathering  
does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national and/or ethnic origin, citizenship, marital status, sexual orientation, mental or physical ability, or gender identity/expression in the administration of any of its programs, admissions policies,  and other related policies and programs.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

All requests to cancel your registration must be made in writing. If cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the session, all money except the $100.00 deposit will be refunded. Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the session will result in a forfeiture one half of the money paid. No refund will be given after the start of camp. 

WAIVERS

All campers will be required to sign a liability waiver and authorization/release for still photography/video tape recording upon their arrival to camp.

ADMISSIONS/ DISCHARGE POLICY

Mountain Arts Gathering reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any applicant who in our judgment will neither benefit from nor contribute to the camp experience. The camp director also reserves the right to dismiss from camp a camper  whose behavior is detrimental to the best interest of the camp.
